Лучше всего расположение боссов узнавать с помощью интерактивной карты. Пройдите по ссылке, нажмите Hide All слева, затем выберите V Blood в разделе Bosses.

Как победить боссов?

Прежде всего, не ходите к ним неподготовленными, то есть низкоуровневыми. Изучите их тактику, уклоняйтесь от атак. Так как игра находится в раннем доступе, то многое может измениться в поведении боссов и принципе работы оружия/способностей.
